Questions
What’s the difference between your maintenance tiers?
The base plan covers backups, security, and core updates with a few support hours each month. Higher tiers add more hands-on monthly time, and the top tier keeps your automations and integrations maintained too.
Do you maintain sites you didn’t build?
Often, yes, after a short audit so I know what I’m taking on. Some older or fragile builds are better rebuilt than maintained, and I’ll tell you honestly which one you’re looking at.
Is hosting included?
Hosting is billed separately (I can set it up and manage it for you). Maintenance is about keeping the site itself healthy: code, content, security, and backups.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Plans run on a 12-month term so the protection stays continuous, and you can move up a tier any time your needs grow.
