Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information is collected when you visit astrowave's site, how it is used, and what rights you have over it.

Last updated: June 2026

overview

Information collected

When you visit this site, a small amount of technical data is collected automatically by the hosting infrastructure. This may include your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, and the pages you view. This data is collected at the network layer by Cloudflare and is used to serve the site securely and efficiently.

If you submit a contact or project inquiry form, the information you provide (name, email address, and any message content) is collected and routed through an automation workflow to enable a reply. No other personal data is actively solicited.

purpose

How it is used

Information collected through this site is used solely to:

  • Operate and maintain a fast, reliable, and secure site.
  • Respond to project inquiries and follow up on submitted forms.
  • Understand general traffic patterns in aggregate (no individual tracking).

No personal data is sold, rented, or shared with third parties for advertising purposes.

cookies

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use first-party tracking cookies or advertising pixels. Cloudflare may set a functional cookie (__cf_bm) as part of its bot-management and security layer. This cookie does not track you across other sites and expires at the end of your browser session.

No third-party analytics scripts (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or similar) are loaded on this site.

services

Third-party services

Cloudflare provides DNS, CDN, and DDoS protection for this site. Traffic passes through Cloudflare's network before reaching the origin server. Cloudflare's privacy policy governs how they handle network-level data.

n8n is used to process and route form submissions through automation workflows. When you submit a form, your name, email, and message are handled by this workflow to generate a reply. Data is not retained in these workflows beyond what is needed to send a response.

retention

Data retention

Network-level logs held by Cloudflare are governed by their own retention policies, typically a few days for raw logs. Form submission data is retained only as long as needed to complete the inquiry or project onboarding process, after which it is deleted.

rights

Your rights

Depending on where you are located, you may have the right to request access to any personal data held about you, request its correction or deletion, or object to its processing. To exercise any of these rights, send a request to the contact address below and it will be handled promptly.
